About
Haldiman Design Studio is owned and operated by Trisha Haldiman. I received my BFA from Virginia Tech University and an AAS degree in Multimedia Design from Tidewater Community College. I am an Adobe Certified Professional in Graphic Design. I live in the beautiful mountains of southwest Virginia near my alma mater with my husband, cats, and garden.
The various skills I've gathered seem to cross over to whatever I'm working on; blurring the lines of their designated creative fields. My ceramic designs highlight techniques from drawing, illustration, graphic design, screen printing, carving, and sculpture, with a large dose of experimentation.
Finding new inspirations and ways to incorporate them is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Creating something from nothing and making it into something beautiful is both exciting, and at the same time, very humbling. Especially when that piece becomes someone's new favorite and a part of their everyday life.
